What should be paid attention to in the long-term operation of the knitting machine

The precise distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle braiding line must be ensured when some parts of the knitting machine, such as spindle bracket and sliding seat, are repaired and disassembled or when new parts are replaced and reassembled. It is suggested that a sliding frame and its upper ingot should be placed first to run on the sliding turntable so that the lower anchor braiding line can not be hooked or cut off by the sliding frame when leading from the pendulum bar to the braiding point.
 
 
 
When roughing, the spindle is placed on two adjacent external ingot brackets, and the knitting line is directed to the knitting point through the pendulum rod, and the knitting line is folded tightly. When the braiding line enters or exits from the slot on the sliding disc track, the distance from the braiding line to the edge of the upper ingot sliding frame must be basically equal. Distance adjustment can be achieved by changing one or more gears forward or backward of the gear rack. If moving a tooth can not reach the precise adjustment distance, the following steps can be taken to fine-tune: loosen the five fixed screws on the inner gear ring, because of the ellipse when through the hole, the sliding frame can be fine-tuned by moving the inner gear ring, and tighten the screw after the adjustment is in place. If the swing height of the braided line of the new swing bar is different after installation, it should be adjusted to the same stop point of all swing bars.
 
 
 
When the braiding machine is in production, the equipment is in operation for a long time. The static and dynamic deformation of the machine are changing every moment, which makes the local and systematic errors of the fastened or connected components increase gradually. Finally, the relative position of parts and components is shifted, and the technological distance is changed, which leads to the change of technological state and the decline of product quality. Whether the machine is running or not, its static form will always exist. After operation, dynamic deformation is added. These two kinds of deformation make the screw thread of nut and screw deformed, resulting in gradual loosening of combination, thinning of gasket after being extruded, and decrease of spring washer elasticity, etc.
 
 
 
Use patrol inspection to see whether the key process parts and fastening connection parts of each machine are loose, and fasten the loose parts in time.  Purchase standard fastening connectors from state designated factories. Unify the fastening operation method of fasteners, try to avoid insufficient or excessive fastening, causing potential failure or shortening the service life of fastening parts.
 
 
 
In order to maintain the performance of the equipment, the equipment is checked according to the standard, so that the abnormal state of the equipment can be detected early. It is an important means to establish a patrol inspection system with checking point and weft center to do a good job of maintenance. The so-called spot inspection is the inspection tour of key parts and items of equipment. Condition-based maintenance always highlights the status of the daily operation of the equipment, if every part of each unit is checked every day.
